Ashbourne Primary School is a school that our children, staff and governors are proud of. It is a very exciting place to learn and work with a great deal of innovative practice.

Parkside Junior School became Ashbourne Primary School in September 2017. We now take pupils from 3-11 years old. This includes a nursery.

At Ashbourne Primary we have a positive ethos with high standards of work, courtesy and behaviour. Our children are our top priority; we keep them at the heart of our work and aim to provide them with a successful and memorable educational experience.

The school’s last Ofsted inspection was in January 2022 when the school was judged as being a Good school with many strengths.
